Cardamom
Cardamom pods contain a number of seeds, but the entire cardamom pod can be used whole or ground. There are two main types of cardamom: black cardamom and green cardamom.
Green cardamom is one of the world's most expensive spices by weight. It is sold as whole pods, broken or crushed pods, seeds only (which are contained in the pods) and ground / powdered form
Black cardamom (a.k.a. Amomum, brown cardamom, kravan, Java cardamom, Bengal cardamom or Siamese cardamom.It has a thick, large, rough, blackish-brown pod filled with black seeds. It smells smokier and, some say, tastes mintier than green cardamom.

A very special variety. All capsules will be matured greenish and having above 8 mm diameter size. Lt. Wt. will be more than 450 g
Second Grade
Fancy or Bold:A Popular export grade; 90% and above capsules will be having 6.5mm and above diameter, matured and Greenish colour. Lt. Wt. will be 415 gms.
